Senior care placement

The right care starts with knowing the whole person.

We learn your loved one’s health needs, routines, finances, personality, and priorities — then introduce you to carefully considered local options. Our guidance is provided at no cost to your family.

Levels of care

Understanding the options is the first step.

You do not need to arrive with the answers. We explain each setting in plain language and help you focus on what fits now — while considering what may be needed later.

The Lighthouse approach

Placement questions

What families often ask first.

Why is placement guidance free to families?

Care communities pay a referral fee after a successful placement. You do not pay Lighthouse for placement guidance, tours, or recommendations.

How quickly can you help?

Timing depends on care needs, availability, and finances. We can help with urgent situations as well as thoughtful, long-range planning.

Will you tour communities with us?

Yes. We coordinate tours and help families evaluate the details that matter, from staffing and care plans to culture and total cost.

What if we are not sure a move is needed?

Call anyway. A no-pressure conversation can help clarify whether it is time to move, plan ahead, or explore support at home.

Start with a conversation
